1. NO REFUND POLICY
In accordance with our strict quality control and operating under Indian and International Law, we have a strict no refund and no general return policy. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
2. CONDITIONAL RETURN (REPLACEMENT ONLY)
The only exception to our policy is if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or tampered product. However, for a return to be considered, the customer MUST have a clear, uncut open package video as proof. Without this unboxing video, no return requests will be entertained.
If the unboxing video clearly shows an issue on our end, we will accept a return for a replacement only. Strictly no monetary refunds will be issued.
